our dear friends steve + julia were in town this past weekend, giving us the perfect opportunity to cross #3 off of this list. on sunday morning, we headed off to brunch at hinge, a fairly new restaurant on main st. in northampton. every time we go out to eat, i feel lucky to live in this town! there are such amazing restaurants, and eating gluten-free is not difficult at all. i had a fabulous omelette with gluten-free toast + in the tradition of every meal we've ever had the pleasure of spending with friends, we all shared our breakfasts!
delicious. we talked about making this our regular brunch spot. it's definitely in the running.
