for dinner last night we had the best homemade pizza i've ever made. (it's true, i do have a penchant for exagerration, but i'm serious! so good.) i used a frozen gluten-free crust from against the grain gourmet that i bought at whole foods. it was thin, and tasted more like a pie crust than a pizza crust -- but that's a plus for me!
i topped it with pesto, chicken, bacon, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, and avocado.
